IOLTA Management System

Account Enrollment System (AES)
The Account Enrollment System (AES) is an additional, public facing module for the IMS. Attorney securely engage with the AES to report their IOLTA account bank information.
Key features of the AES:
- Eliminates paper or PDF handling for IOLTA account enrollments
- Plugs directly into IMS for maximum efficiency and security
- Can be customized for new accounts only, or a perpetual attorney portal where users can maintain a list of active accounts, close accounts, etc.
